Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Manitou Springs, CO

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"Had my 2 bathrooms redone and my kitchen remodeled. Jonathan and his crew are wonderful to work with. Work is done on time and they did an outstanding job. I have gotten so many compliments on my kitchen and I was more than pleased with the work. My bathrooms are beautiful, fully tiled and I could not be happier with the work done. Prices were good, estimates given before the job was started so if I had any questions or concerns, I got them answered prior to the job starting. They cleaned up so well after the work was completed, so I had absolutely no concerns there. I definitely recommend Central Services and I would definitely use them again in the future."

"Michael does excellent work. He has done several projects for us including fixing our washer and dryer closet so our machines fit better, fixing some laminate floor tiles, hanging a TV on our wall, hanging a large wall art in a stairway, and fixing the steps going down into our garage that were slanted . He comes up with the most efficient way of doing things, gives us a good price, cleans everything up and makes sure we’re happy with it. We plan on hiring him for some more flooring and some new lighting in our basement. I highly recommend him!"

"He was on time. The experience so far has been very positive."

"Jamie was very professional. I hired him for my kitchen crown molding , knobs and pulls install.I was very happy with his work. I do plan in hiring him in the future."

"Service was excellent. The price was more than fair and work was completed the same day. Repaired fence and assembled patio furniture. Returning to set up garage shelving. Referred him to my neighbor to refinish her patio. Very satisfied."

"Dave left the work area (I asked him to stay while I took my granddaughter to school.but he didn't and left my front door wide open) and I assumed he went to lunch. I had to call him after more than 3 hours to see if he was going to finish the job. He said he would be back in a couple of hours. He did show up and finish the job. He broke a lamp and said he would repair it and return it. He didn't. Really disap[ointed in his work ethic."
