"Our dryer stopped working on a Friday morning, I sent a request for an urgent repair, so they put us on a cancellation list. I got a call later in the day that there had been a cancellation - I was sent a picture of Greg who would be coming to our home to complete the service. Greg was so great, he explained everything that he was doing, and he knew what the problem before looking at the dryer (it was apparently a common issue with Samsung He dryers). We could not have asked for a better experience with an appliance repair company from beginning to end. He was here for an hour, completed the repair and even vacuumed out the interior of the machine where dust and lint can build up. Our dryer now sounds better and works better than it has in 4 years. I would call them back at anytime, you can't find professionals like this today..."

"Alex is very professional and reliable--he said he'd be here sometime in the 10 to 12 window, and he arrived at 9:52! He did an excellent job of identifying the problem with my refrigerator's water and ice maker. Got it all working in good time. He went beyond the call of duty--even vacuumed the dusty areas, including the coils! He told me to call him if no ice were made within 24 hours and he would return, but it was making ice in 3 or 4 hours and no water leaks! I will definitely call him again for any appliance repair needs I may have in the future."

"I would not use these people at all. After i I scheduled the service and appoint over AL it was a couple of weeks before I had to reach out to them regarding the service i had paid for already. They missed their first appointment and I had to call them at the end of the two hour wait window and they had forgotten about it. We re-scheduled and they missed the second appointment again. When they finally showed up on the first appointment someone showed up, looked at the spicket and them had to leave our house to get the replacements spicket. It works now, but they defiantly replaced it with the cheapest one out there on the market. I will not use them again!

Once to the house, he did a very good and professional job.  If I could have had him respond in a timely manner  he would receive all "A's".
