"Everything worked out great for the basement. Melissa responded quickly to our texts and answered all of our questions. Dale came, we got an estimate the next day and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. The cracks in the cellar were repaired properly, no water is getting into the basement when it rains, and it no longer smells like mold! We are really happy with the work! When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues. "Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

Accurate Upgrades arrived and conducted the initial estimate to fix the ceiling and upgrade the stair railing to a half-wall. Nino DeVito was courteous and honestly answered all of our questions and concerns. Nino provided details of exactly what the jobs would entail and stated he believed it would be a two day job.

The job was completed on time and within budget. The ceiling is flush and no one would be able to tell their was ever a hole in the ceiling. The half-wall was exactly what we wanted and looks beautiful. It blends in with the remaining stairwell perfectly.  My wife and I are not afraid that small children (or an adult that had one too many) will fall over the railing.  The job was completed within two days as stated. The team completely cleaned up all of the mess and matched the paint to the existing walls/ceiling.
