He was also able to get me on his schedule quick, fast and a hurry. Once scheduled, he was communicative throughout the entire service experience, even sending a reminder the day before the and day off. He arrived when he said he would. I really liked that he was respectful of my time. He did a diagnostic and was able to repair my washer at the same time . He was polite, efficient, productive, and professional. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
