"Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"We engaged South Eastern Carpentry for a new deck rebuild and couldn't be happier! The entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Steve’s standards for himself are the highest we have ever observed in a contractor. Even the tiniest imperfections really bothered him even though they were barely noticeable to us. When this project started, we envisioned a basic deck but Steve worked with us to explore more visually appealing options and we ultimately empowered him to put his own creative flourishes on the project. The finished deck has wildly exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. We feel so lucky to have found a contractor that is so transparent, honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. We highly recommend South Eastern Carpentry to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built deck (or other renovation project)! You will be incredibly glad that you have chosen a professional with such integrity, creativity, and skill - we certainly are."

"We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. The side entrance has become much more functional with the redesign, while staying true to the house's style. We highly recommend Durable Remodeling!"

"Hired Ryan and Justin on a couple occasions. First time for a deck, second time for dropped ceiling in my basement. Couldn’t be happier with their craftsmanship and professionalism. Will only be calling them for future work."

"I couldn t have asked for more when hiring Claudio to stain my deck That had new and old pressurize wood from an extension I did a few years ago. I reached out to multiple contractors For estimates and when talking to Claudio I just knew by his professionalism his knowledge on paint and especially staining was superior to the rest, He would pick up my call every time I tried reaching out to him texted back immediately. The job was a two session job so on one day he sent out one of his workers what you have to say came right on time 8 AM in the morning to power-wash the deck, He was there for about four hours and you could tell by his meticulous work that he wasn t rushing the job even though it was just power-washing, The next challenge was waiting a few days for it to dry and as you know this rain wasn t helping but we got a couple of sunny days and Claudio booked for a Saturday to start staining. He arrived at my house promptly at 8 AM to start the project on my 10x24 second story deck. Everything that I researched about staining is exactly what I notice he was doing he made sure to mix or stains into one bucket to confirm a unified color, Also he use a spray gun with a back brush technique which is the best way to get it even color throughout your deck and make sure all the pores in crevices are covered. The project wrapped up around 2 PM. My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome I m glad we picked Claudio for the job. What I didn t mention was he did not ask for any money upfront he specifically said you can pay me when the job is done and you are satisfied with your deck. We was able to pay via credit card which always makes life a little easier. We would definitely be hiring Claudio again from multiple projects at our home. Always good to meet solid people that work hard and that our professional and that I m not trying to rip you off ."

"Back River Builders couldn't have been more professional or any better. The owner was a great communicator and always up to date. He was transparent, with the cost. They showed up on time. If you're looking for a company you want to trust, they can handle it. They did everything on the addition. They treat your house like it's your own. They clean up after themselves. They cared about where they parked in your driveway. The workers were all good guys. There was no cursing. It was a super and professional environment. You don't get that from too many companies, in my experience. These guys certainly separated themselves, from the rest of the contractors out there. Their prices are okay. You can tell they pay good, to have good workers."

"Erick and Tom are great. Quality work. Attention to detail. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"The CP construction crew were very hard working and competent. Clod as the owner is extremely customer service oriented. He communicated with me throughout the permitting process, the build and the inspection process. The new deck and stairs look great and bring compliments from all the neighbors. I will definitely reach out to CP construction in the future."
