"Could not have been more pleased. ACE responded to my Saturday request for help within two hours. The plumber was pleasant and thorough. He fixed the problem "the old fashion way" with a rooter from a roof-top vent. He checked all associated plumbing issues and made recommendations concerning flush rates and garbage disposals. He charged me $200. Compare that with another "big-name firm." They could not help me for three days when I called (which led to ACE on Angie's List). But the last time they came for a stopped up toilet, the technician completely dismantled the toilet and made a series of pictures of my drain pipes in order to show me why I needed a $22,000 pipe replacement project. The bill for the unstopped toilet was 8 hours of (mostly) unnecessary labor and $850. When I asked the ACE plumber about replacing pipes, he gave me several tips on how to avoid that until the pipes actually collapsed, and then quoted a price of "$12,000-$15,000." Yeah, we'll be calling ACE from now on."

I paid to have them verify that there was a leak, that was my first thing. Then they came out found the leak. I really like the man and everything. I like the workers. They were very nice people but I still needed to have more work done, he didn't find all the leaks. He was much more expensive."
