"My 97-year-old father was in the hospital and then rehab for about a month. He couldn't wait to go home. Unfortunately, when we brought him home, his refrigerator was freezing everything with a considerable amount of ice buildup. I called GH Appliance and they were so kind and came out quickly. The problem seemed fixed but then the eggs started to freeze in the refrigerator. GH Appliance Repair came back and my father said the service repair man spend about 4 hrs including running back out to get a part. The refrigerator is running great and the water dispenser which produced drips is even running again. My father didn't get a bill and called a talked to a wonderful woman who said, "You don't owe us anything sir." I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. I thank you and my dear father thanks you and asked me to leave this review from us both!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Prompt service and very reasonable prices for service"

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
