"J. Tullos Is now my go to guy for all my a/c and heating needs. After a painless, problem free install of a new system including duck work at a great price he will be the only man I call for my service needs on 2.... 3 ton units in Pearland. Give him a shot ....you wont be disappointed."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Generator Installation Experience! I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Tradition Services during my recent generator installation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options, making sure I understood every step of the installation process. He made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free. His honesty and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the investment I was making for my home. Diana was a pleasure to work with as well—super responsive, organized, and on top of all the scheduling and communication. She made sure everything moved along smoothly and that I was kept in the loop at every stage. The crew that came out was punctual, respectful of my property, and worked efficiently. The final result looks clean and professional, and everything is running perfectly. If you’re considering a whole-home generator, I highly recommend Tradition Services. Between the top-notch service and amazing people like Eric and Diana, they’ve earned my trust and a permanent spot in my contact list for future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Thank you!"

"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."
