Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated. "We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."
