He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. "Thermador gave me three appliance service companies to call.  Appliance Service Station was the most professional.  I made the appointment then later got a call from them that they would be unable to obtain the part needed.  They then told me how to make an appointment with Bosch factory service, which is the same company as Thermador, since they'd have the part.  Unfortunately it is a long wait for the appointment with Bosch.  Anyhow, Appliance Service Station was very proactive in helping me even though it did not result in a service trip for them. <br />"
