Work included EV plug, but also 240V plus to convert from nat. gas to electric dryer, and a complex routing of a new outlet in a difficult to access 2nd floor bedroom. "I've now done a few projects with P.H.E. and I have been extremely happy and satisfied. Troy is the owner and is great about communication, keeping me in the loop on projects, letting me have choices for my accessories, etc....The team of guys that come do the work are great!! They arrive on time, they do their work (quality work), they clean up and they're out. I work an odd shift for work and get off at 1 am and they were awesome enough to arrive early and get the work done without waking me up, I just had to leave a door unlocked for them. That's great customer service. PHE takes their time when it comes to the bill, so they don't over or under charge and that's also appreciated. They have fair prices, I've never had any issues with the electrical work since the jobs have been done and I love that I can just send a text to Troy and let him know I need more work done and he gets me scheduled. This is due to them being a family owned company and not a big chain where I have to deal with a bunch of people just to get an appointment. "There was nothing wrong with the furnace. Wife had unwittingly turned a wall switch OFF (one which I hadn't even noticed in 18 years). Terry failed to see this in his initial (free) inspection, so he charged us the minimum for a technical repair service, $125. I suppose I could leave a negative review for this oversight...but you know, I hadn't noted the switch in 18 years, so I can't be too critical of him missing it in a 5-min scan. Regardless, during his inspection he found that the heat exchanger is rusted, the impeller (?) is noisy, and CO level up the flue (120 ppm) is too high, though still zero from in-house registers. He convinced me that we WILL need to replace the furnace fairly soon, but it's not an immediate emergency, so we can save up and do it next year. Yes, the immediate issue could have been identified and the switch turned ON at no cost to us, but I don't begrudge the money spent on a thorough system inspection and evaluation."
