"From the beginning to the end - everyone was VERY professional. Starting with the first phone discussion with the owner- she was informative and pleasant. Then once I had my first in-person meeting between the owner Lisa her site manager and myself- the two continued to answer my list of questions in a patience manner. They guaranteed a great finished project without giving false deadlines because of the possible problems that could arise. . After my meeting i told my husband that I was SOLD on Platinum abilities to create my dream kitchen. I can't compliment the site manager Sauol enough. He was always on the top of his management game with making sure the work was completed up to code. He always kept in constant contact with me regarding work in progress and pending work. As the work progressed he reminded me of the items I needed to provide. When he was on or off site he communicated with his staff about what was expected from them and how it should be done. The areas near the kitchen was protected and each night before departing the area was clean. Also because the house needed extra care and attention-Sauol assisted us with extra building, carpentry, work. Platinum Carpentry LLC has made me feel like I was on HGTV without the cameras. I'm looking forward to utilizing their services again for my bathrooms.

"It was a long haul, but not because of this company.  They showed up every day at 8 AM and worked until 5 PM or later.  There was additional work that needed to be done due to the termite damage.  They did the work very professionally and the money added to the bill for this work was more than fair.  The owner, Brian Fitzgerald, employs VERY capable workers.  They were all friendly, courteous and  arrived on time each day.  They all gave us the impression that they cared about our home as much as we did.  When there was an issue with the finish on the cabinet doors/drawers, Brian went to bat for us with the manufacturer and although it took a few months, the manufacturer corrected the problem to our satisfaction. 
We were never wondering...Brian would always call and let us know what the next step would be.
All things considered, we would highly recommend Wood N' Dreams for any refurbishing (they don't just do kitchens) and we would be glad to have them back anytime.
