They always solicited input, were open to making adjustments to plan along the way, and when solicited for design advise offered up a wealth of knowledge! He also moved two 23 year old trees. "not sure how there are so many good reviews. the company does not stand behind their work and 100% satisfaction means nothing. After a bad installation, where coolant leaked multiple times, air in the gas line, defective pump, cracked condensation pipes , leaking rain in unsealed roof exhaust, gaps in newly installed ductwork. They told me to find someone else to service the system after I left a bad review."
