"I'm not going to bad mouth them because I've used them for decades. I just didn't like the last visit and I'm not going to use them anymore. I'm in an old house and I know the plumbing has got to go sometime but the upstairs whenever I flushed the commode or took a shower the water would come down which means that the risers on the main floor I guess weren't working. The ceiling on the main floor where there was flooding and all of that needed to be replaced. It sort of turned me off. They were sort of vague on how much this all was going to cost. Having them come out was one thing. Anyway, that's why I don't want to use them again. I did call them and tell them they needed to come and unclog the pipes. They did come back out and they did get all the plaster out of the basin. I just thought it was kind of tacky. If they are going to leave something like that am I going to trust them to do thousands and thousands of dollars of work on plumbing?"
