"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"It is an $87 big deal for 4 hours of housecleaning.  I think we have an okay experience.  I think we went through them before and it was much better so it wasn’t quite as good as the time they’ve done before.  The service date was much later I think it was about o like expire or something so we had to get on it so we used the service one and then we still had the second one.  No additional cost.  Overall it was pretty good.  I think that it was like two different times they sent like three bigger job the time the first time but they just seem maybe more organized and the second time maybe a little lesser and they were just two person but it was a smaller house so made sense that way.  Overall impression was okay but maybe noticed less coordination for the second time.  They were quite prompt and in fact I would trust them to be in the house kinda of thing and friendly."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
