Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

"Excellent, Had a new central air installed, Frank was very concern with the fact that my in laws were in their 90's. He quickly put them on the schedule for install on Thursday/Friday. Five guys came at 10am and worked all day to get the air installed before the heat wave was to start. Very professional and knowledgeable. "Horizon delivered exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Our furnace stopped working @ 5am on a Sunday morning. Tech was here at 10 am as promised, found the problem and ordered the part required. Monday was a holiday. Part arrived Tuesday, Horizon called me and same tech returned to install the part and complete the repair. VERY Professional in all aspects.
