"Mr. Appliance sent out a very knowledgeable repair tech, Steve. While other companies would not work on my Samsung dryer they would. Excellent customer service fast on repair time."

"Al arrived promptly, repaired dryer quickly and made helpful suggestions about dealing with an indoor vent. The price was what he had quoted. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"Best ever. Serviced and repaired dryer and vent (lots of work). Serviced and cleaned washer. Replaced part in refrigerator for water filter. On time. Quality work. Reasonable price. Would hire again and would highly recommend. Tom P"

"The job went well. Tom kept his appointment and repaired the washer promptly. He has lots of experience and knows what he is doing."

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.  Within five minutes of calling, I received a return phone call, and Justin came out to meet me the same day to diagnose why our dryer wasn't heating properly.  He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, gave me all of my options for repair, and got the job done quickly.  These guys are courteous, professional, and they do exactly what they say they will do, and go above and beyond on customer service.  A++++

"Bought Big Deal for 2 hours handyman services. Was contacted by Jackie the next day by email and voice mail. She was only available to be called between 10:30 and 1:30. I reached her a day later to discuss the project and scheduling. I was hoping to get the job done within a few weeks, but they were booked through most of November and I had to take a date in December. I was hoping to discuss the project with Howard ahead of time so I could be sure what materials I needed or to see if he would purchase at least one item (a 4x4) ahead of time to bring with him.

The answer to both was no. She informed me that I could either have all materials needed available when he arrived or have the time it took for him to get them taken out of the two hours once he arrived. I asked if I could email photos of the item I was going to have him replace so he could understand ahead of time what would be needed (so he could tell me what to buy and so he would have all the needed tools with him when he came), and that answer also was no. She did say he'd call me a day or two ahead of the work date, but that would not have given me enough time to shop for the materials. I asked for an afternoon appointment.

The arrival time I was sent was 3:00, which concerned me given that it was an outside job and this would take him right up to sunset. If the job took longer than 2 hours, he'd be working in the dark or having to return on another day. After discussing the project and material needs with a friend, we decided it was just as easy to do the job ourselves and that's what we did. Given the limited availability and flexibility of this company, I decided not to use them for any other project and I requested a refund of my Big Deal purchase."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
