"For any future electrical needs, I will definitely call the same company. I could not ask for better service."

"Very great company to work with. They called a few days before to confirm appointment and called again before sending the technician. He diagnosed all of the wiring I was having issues with and also did a great job on the new outlet installation which was a tricky one. Accidentally poked a hole through the wrong wall but took 10% off entire bill and patched up the mistake. A little touch up paint and no one will notice."

"I highly recommend Down the Road Electric. Jesse has been quick to respond, thorough with his work and has high quality service. Thanks Jesse for the excellence which you provide!"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

"Found and replaced a broken electrical switch."

"Very prompt and professional. The tech did an amazing job installing my ceiling fan and changing out my outlets and light switches."

"Generally I've been very happy with the work. James listens & communicates well. His construction skill-set is strong and he knows his own strengths and weaknesses. He is very flexible regarding timing. He cleans up well after himself also. He prefers to work on an hourly basis and is slightly slower than I expected.  Since his hourly wage is at the high end for handyman type work ($40+/hour), that means I've ended up spending more than I originally budgeted for some of the projects. However, the quality is good so it feels worth the expense. He is honest and I trust him to be in my house when I'm not there -- he has done several projects in my home and never abused that trust."
