"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

"We were moving here from another state and we needed to get a fence installed around our back yard as soon as possible as we have small dogs. We picked Jeremiah and his company because of some online reviews we had read. I called him and told him what I needed and when. He went out to our soon to be property and measured everything and called me back with some options and quotes. He seemed very nice and professional over the phone so we took a chance and sent him a deposit. We are so glad we did. As soon as we closed escrow on the house he and his crew were in our back yard doing the install. They did a great job and finished when promised for a very reasonable price. "Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.
