"I've used ASAP before, but I recently called and they did such a good job I felt the need to write a review. ASAP installed a completely new air conditioning system, new gas lines, and ran new plumbing for my bathroom renovation. First, let me say that from start to finish it was a smooth and easy process. "I cannot comment on the cost as I have not received a bill yet. However, when I called, the girl I spoke with did provide me with the initial hourly and cost per hour after that plus the cost of any materials needed. I was told the plumber would be here in about 90 minutes which ended up being about two hours. This did not bother me as it was an emergency call and for all I know the plumber could have been estimating the time to complete a current emergency job and that could have run over. I did not get the name of the plumber but he was polite and friendly and nice. I did the homeowner hover as he looked at the problem and he explained what he was looking at and what was wrong. He then had the parts needed in his truck and brought the pipe and the mixing valve that also needed to be replaced due to corrosion to show me what needed to be replaced. He then repaired the leak and replaced my mixing valve and came upstairs to ensure that the hot water was functioning. I was pleased with the customer service when I set up the emergency appointment and very pleased with the plumber that provided the service. In addition to his professional attitude he was concerned with dragging wetness through my house on his shoes. I would definitely use them again, even without knowing the final cost."

"I had my 10'x20' patio taken out and installed (concrete) but before I could do it I had to move the A/C and then have it put back once the patio was complete. I thought I could just pick it up and move it over a couple of feet. That wasn't going to work after I realized that the refrigerant lines entering the A/C were solid piping and stiff, no play to move around. I called Best Choice and they gave me an estimate. I thought the price was crazy but after talking to my coworkers and a couple of other A/C places they were right in line. They were late on the removal of it, meaning the concrete contractors had to wait but that was miscommunication. They came out and removed it and then came back two days later to reinstall it. "Bo" put the unit back in. I tried to give him a $20 tip but he wouldn't take it. He could have taken it and I would have thought the same about him, he is a great employee at Best Choice Plumbing and I will hire them again. I hired them 1.5 years ago and was happy with them then also."

"Jenkins sent the plumber as scheduled. He had to first locate the turnoff valves (the house was bank owned when bought) which were under the house in a crawl space. Not very close to the opening. He had to crawl under the house and locate two valves and then tap into the valves and install two new turnoff valves inside the house under the kitchen sink. It was a dirty job. He was very nice and friendly. Thank God for people like him because you wouldn't find people like me crawling under a house. He color coded the new valves for hot and cold water and completely cleaned up after himself. The entire job took almost 3 hours. It was another great experience from a business found on Angie's List."

"I would like to take a minute to thank Conn Mechanical Systems for their excellent service at my home last week. I was very uneasy when i was told I had a gas leak coming from my boiler by the gas company. I called Conn and they responded almost immediately with a very knowledgable technician that knew exactly what to look for. He found the leak in minutes, ran out and got the parts needed, and repaired my boiler within an hour or two. The technician stayed and ran the boiler for an hour or more after repair with a gas detector to assure no more gas leaks were present. Conn Mechanicals priority was to make sure that my family and i were safe and for that i cannot thank them enough! <br />"
