"<p>I have a very specific project door/water damage situation that needs to be repaired.  I called Kevin to see if he possibly could come out and quote.  We are in Gold Canyon and have had problems getting contractors to come and evaluate our situation.  </p> <p>When asking Kevin if he would be willing to travel out there, he did not hesitate in saying yes.  He was upfront where he was in his job work and gave timing of when he possibly could begin the project.</p> <p>I gave him an overview of the situation of what the problem was - water damage, potential mold, door working properly. Although it was determined that the scope of work wasn't something that potentially work out for either of us, he gave great ideas on how to handle the situation, solve the problem and the steps that needed to be taken.  </p> <p>He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest in his feedback.  We are sorry that we are not able to do business with Kevin.</p> <br />"

"The Knowledgeable Handyman certainly lived up to his company name, as I found Wayne to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job, even having to deal with a couple unexpected issues that cropped up due to a previous installation by someone else. He was patient, simply dealing with the unforeseen issues, and even made a trip to get extra parts to complete the installation. At no time did he indicate there would be extra charges, but did keep me informed of his progress - and his commitment to complete the job at his quoted rate. "Marius arrived as scheduled and completed the job on time and to our satisfaction. His professionalism was demonstrated not only by the finished product, but also by his refusal to accept any payment from us until he was able to repair a piece of glass in a chandelier in our entry that he accidentally cracked when lifting a piece of wood. He acquired the proper piece and repaired the glass. Once everything was to our satisfaction, would he then accept payment for the job. We are now looking at other projects for him to complete.
