Someone from the company called me back almost immediately and walked through shutting off water/gas to the tank and getting the tank draining outside. They were out early the next day and quickly got the old tank out and a new one installed. Very professional, prompt, courteous service at a good price. Highly recommend."

We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked!
