"I have been extremely pleased with Russ Morton and Perfection Roofing & Siding. They recently replaced our 40 year old cedar siding with Nichiha fiber cement siding. It has been a great experience from start to finish. First Vlad came out to do the free estimate. He drove me around to three houses they had done in our area so I could see the quality of their work, which was impressive. I also got quotes from other contractors. The larger companies that advertise came in about 50% higher than Perfection, who only asked for a nominal deposit to get on their schedule. Russ was readily available to answer questions from my initial decision making through final completion. Fabio and the siding team did a great job and finished faster than expected. Fortunately the rain held off. Cortez was very helpful in deciding on the paint color. They used the top quality Duration paint by Sherwin Williams. His team did a great job and we are extremely pleased with how our house looks now."

"This is the second time I have use Sunshine Window Cleaning. They do an outstanding, professional job plus being pleasant and accommodating. They arrived on time and were able to get the work done efficiently. In addition, I had a simple additional task that required a tall ladder and they were pleased to do that. They also showed me several windows and a skylight that were beginning to get cloudy where the seals were leaking. When I had them here last year they also pressure washed my driveway and deck. "Maurice was great - didn't waste our time with sales pitches we'd already heard - and gave us a competitive price while answering any questions we may have had. The windows were ready for installation two weeks earlier than anticipated which was excellent. Mike and his installation crew were punctual and set about removing and installing windows for the whole house with minimum disruption - especially around the new carpet we had just had installed. They were respectful and addressed any concerns or questions I had along the way. They were also careful to clean up any and all debris. Mike is coming back in two weeks to replace some sashes that should have been frosted (not his fault and the problem was addressed as soon as it was realized) and has offered to caulk the inside of our living room windows as we were behind on our casing at the time of installation which is much appreciated! "My recent experience with Hamby Roof Repair exceeded my expectations in all respects. I engaged Vann Hamby to inspect my roof for leaks around my masonry chimney, as well as damage to the roof caused by a broken tree limb. (I should point out that the leaks around the chimney chase were significant enough to require careful, long-term placement of pans and buckets to catch rainfall in the attic to prevent further water damage to the ceilings in my home.) After my initial phone call with Vann, he promptly arrived the next day to inspect the roof, recommend the necessary repairs and provide a temporary patch to the aforementioned hole until he could return to perform all repairs. I was immediately impressed by his deep experience (25+ years), professionalism, apparent pride in his work and the reasonable repair estimate. Although the repair to the roof hole was relatively straightforward, the leaks surrounding the chimney chase were more complicated, thus requiring extensive demolition of poorly installed flashing / shingles from the replacement roof that had been installed several years earlier by a different contractor. Next, Vann installed step flashing, kick out pans and counter-flashing, in addition to well-matched replacement shingles. At each stage of the repair, Vann voluntarily sent pics to my I-phone so that I could “inspect” the work as it was performed. The quality of his work was outstanding and precise. The day after Vann’s repairs, we experienced several days of heavy rain in the area. I monitored the attic to determine whether any leaks had occurred. Much to my satisfaction, the previously mentioned pans and buckets were dry and I only found one small area where water seeped onto a small, contained area in the attic (fortunately there was no ponding of water anywhere.) Following the first night of heavy rain, Vann contacted me by phone the very next morning to inquire whether any moisture had penetrated the attic. I explained my findings and he informed me that he would return to my home to resolve the minor, lingering moisture issue. As soon as the weather permitted, Vann returned to my home to touch up a few small areas where the caulk had not properly set or cured around the chimney flashing. It’s refreshing to find a trustworthy, skilled, and conscientious contractor. I appreciate Vann’s honesty and integrity, and highly recommend him to anyone in need of roof repairs."
