Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. He took care of the design, materials list, ordering, installing, and coordinating with other contractors.  We added two very large deck/patio's plus he rehabbed my existing front porch to match the new additions.  He designed gates for all of the entrances to keep my dogs off the deck, and even made a door underneath my decks so that the space underneath can be used for storage.  The workmanship is great, and the price was reasonable for the time spent and the end product.  He also acted as general contractor in finding me a quality crew to replace my roof with metal, and has kept me informed of their schedule and when to expect that work to happen. <br />"

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"

I liked the price he quoted and liked the explanation he gave regarding what he intended to do. He provided me a written estimate with all tasks detailed and estimated that he could start the project within two weeks. He actually was able to begin earlier than that and called me to ask if that would be OK. He completed the porch inside of two days. The work and cleanup was performed exceptionally well. I intend to use this company again for other projects."
