They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof.
