"Everything turned out fantastic. They responded with an estimate immediately and ready to get to work. They were very efficient in painting our vaulted ceilings and livingroom/bathroom/hallways. They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. I'm sure I will be calling them back to do some exterior painting!!"

"We're very happy with Clemens as an excellent home repair business. The initial assessment meeting with Josh R. gave us a detailed and accurate accounting of the repair process, the selection of high quality materials, a project timeline and a 15 year guarantee of their workmanship. The workers were very polite and considerate to avoid any inconvenience to us while they completed the project. The communications were frequent to ensure accuracy and our satisfaction. The pricing of the materials and work was fair and accurate. We appreciated a follow-up visit by Jordan to verify our satisfaction. Without hesitation, we would use Clemens for any future work and highly recommend their services for home repairs."

"They got in touch with the insurance company and told them this one that I had was too old and rusty and I needed a new one. The insurance company gave them no flack. They went and bought it and put it in. The installation went really well for me. The insurance company sends the plumbers, but if I had to pay myself I still would use them."

"I have always enjoyed working with Americrawl. Theprice of the sump pump installation was much more reasonable than other quotes I received. When I called about waterproofing the rep told me some things were not necessary and gave me the package that worked best with my home. The installers were very nice and great to work with. <br />"

"The estimator for Old Fort was prompt and courteous, and provided a good estimate for just what I wanted.  I decided to go with another contractor that handled both roofing and siding for my project.  I was pleased with the service and price I received from Old Fort and would consider using them in the future. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Marion, IN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
