"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"

"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"Troy and his team did a phenomenal job of building exterior French drains to redirect water away from my home. I have tried various methods over the years and nothing worked until now! My basement is completely dry and the yard looks great. They installed a beautiful paver patio as well. I highly recommend Troy and his team."

"We purchased the Angie's List special and needed additional mulch to finish the yard. The company was flexible and accommodating. They had plenty of mulch and was able to finish the entire project with one visit."

"I recently tried a new power washing service and was pleasantly surprised by their precision. They worked diligently until the entire process was completed to my satisfaction. I was happy with how everything looked new again. Highly recommend trying out their services."

"I met with Andrew a few months before the work was to begin to discuss options.  In August 2014 he installed a long french drain that emptied into the woods and down the ravine on my property behind the house.  As sometimes happens with these things, the system did not really get a good test until today.   We had a storm cell over our neighborhood that dumped a ton of water in my yard in a very short period of time.  Andrew's drain sucked it up without a problem and moved the water as advertised.  I should have done this years ago!

"The monthly cost of $168.00 is reasonable for mowings in this area and their responsiveness and professionalism is much better than other mowers I have used in the past. Their employees are friendly and do a thorough job each week. When I have asked for quotes for additional work on yard cleanup, they are quick to respond via email and have completed the work in a timely, thorough manner."

"Will Jenkins was quick with all responses. As soon as I listed my job on Angi, he called and came the same day for an on-site estimate. Very personable and helpful with what we needed done and cost was affordable. He even offered to weed my flower beds, knowing that I was unable to do so. Communication is excellent! Will texted when he was on his way, arrived, and finished with invoice that could easily be paid online. Couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction, pleasant and personable worker, and a wonderful looking yard. Definitely would Recommend Palmetto House Lawn Service."
