Get matched with top wood flooring refinish pros in Markham, VA

"Having Dan and his team refinish our hardwood floors was the best decision we could have made. From the very first email to the last day of the project, Dan kept us informed on the project status made sure that we understood exactly what was going to happen. He was very accommodating with our scheduling requests and finished the project on time without any surprise costs. The corners of the floor molding are the best example of quality craftsmanship I have ever seen on a hardwood floor. The finish was an exact match to the stairs; saving us the added expense to have those refinished as well. If you have had a bad experience with a contractor in the past, H&H Hardwood will restore your faith that good contractors are still out there."

"The company did a beautiful job in refinishing the hardwood floors on the 1st and 2nd levels; and a long staircase of my 1987 townhouse.  They took great care to minimize sawdust and any damage to the freshly painted and newly renovated space.  On final inspection of the floor there were a couple of areas that I requested be retouched.  They did not hesitate to promptly address my concerns and did a fantastic job.  The company worked with me on a very tight schedule, which I greatly appreciated.  In summary, I  am extremely happy with the floors and would highly recommend Madera Floors.

"I contacted Larry after we sustained hardwood floor damage in the kitchen due to a leak from the ice maker.  He installed new hardwood flooring in the damaged area and refinished the entire first floor.  We were very impressed with the end result.  Larry and his staff did an excellent job of matching the stain color to the existing wood trim and the floors looked like new. Larry and his staff were a pleasure to work with.  They were professional and extremely efficient."

"Great job! Very professional and surprisingly clean. Minimal dust. 3 rooms, stairway, railing and balcony refinished. Highly recommend Pacheco’s Hardwood Floors."

"Alexander was referred to me by one of my friends in the Army. The military moved my family across the country to Chevy Chase, MD. We bought a house site unseen, and showed up to discover the home was a total disaster. My wife was in tears. The hardwood floors were so bad that I thought they would need to be replaced. After consulting with Alexander, he assured me that they could be brought back to life. He also encouraged me to shop around. After doing a little research, I quickly realized that Alexander and his team were the most knowledgeable and affordable. Alexander made it a point to match any competing bids to keep me as a customer. Through the whole process it was evident that Cupboards Kitchen & Bath Discounters was passionate about their work. Alexander was always available to answer any questions that I had, and rolled over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. After the floors were completed, I noticed that one of the stairs was damaged from the previous owner’s dog. Alexander offered to come fix it for me free of charge. The floors turned out amazing! I could not believe the transformation. They now look brand new. My wife and I felt like we made a new friend with Alexander during our floor rehab. I would recommend him to anyone. Next up…. "AD Floors installed my living room hardwood floor after removing my old carpet. My living room looks lovely! They even help me moving my furniture. Great price and service!"

"Of the several quotes we received in response, Eduard's Wood Floors, LLC was the only one that provided a detailed and accurate estimate with materials, labor and removal and disposal fees. Juan (the owner) followed up with an on-site visit to verify dimensions, expectations and to offer advice and recommendations. We had originally thought we would remove and replace our existing wood floors, but after consulting with Juan, we decided to refinish our existing wood flooring at less than half the price and with a custom color and finish. The floors look absolutely amazing, and Eduard's Floors provided service and value beyond compare. Our porcelain tile and wood floor refinishing project was completed within the contracted price (with only minor additional costs based on some unexpected leveling) on-time and at a quality and customer service that are nothing short of remarkable in the Washington metropolitan area. Juan estimated the amount of material needed, ordered the tile stock and picked it up and delivered the material to the job site and there were only three (3) tiles remaining after the installation. The installation staff at Eduard's Wood Floors were courteous, respectful of our neighbors and scheduled work time during the week to minimize noise disturbance in our building. And they arrived ON TIME, EVERY TIME. Eduard's Wood Floors know their business and know how to provide quality service to the highest levels of satisfaction. They are a business with personal and professional service that you can trust in every way; from an honest estimate to planning, organization and quality delivery of service. A+"

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.

"AMAZING!!! AWESOME!!! SPECTACULAR!!! Just a few words to describe our experience with Floors Kitchen Bath Direct. We hired Floors Kitchen Bath Direct for their affordable prices and the amount of work that was going to be done for that price. The cost was ALOT LESS EXPENSIVE and MORE WORK than another local remodeling company. The salesman was never pushy nor did he use sales tactics to get us to sign a contract. And just as their truck says, Floors Kitchen Bath Direct is reliable, responsible, honest, and professional in providing customer service. Our new kitchen looks amazing!!! The crew was always on time, polite and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Each day was exciting to see the progress of the project. The job was finished before the scheduled time and the guys always work with care and respect for our personal space. We have never felt comfortable leaving people in our home alone, but we felt very comfortable with the crew. The kitchen EXCEEDED our expectations. We have shown pictures of our kitchen to others and the response has been the same, “your kitchen looks amazing.” Thank you Floors Kitchen Bath Direct! We are looking forward to you remodeling our bathroom in very near future."
