"Doug contacted me before I even had a chance to contact him because I was looking at contractors that had several reviews. When he contacted me, I went ahead and had him come out and give me an estimate. I told him that I was waiting on another estimate and he told me that's OK but he'd be able to do it this next week but then after that he wouldn't be able to do it for two or three more weeks. I never heard from the other contractor, so I called Doug back and told him that he had the job. He came back out the next day and I and signed the paperwork and the very next day he and his workers showed up to do the job and they did a phenomenal job! The thing that I like is that he's local and I will definitely be using him in the future because I have a couple other projects that I want to get done. Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed.
