When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused. Instead, they insisted I pay the full amount again and sign the invoice before they would proceed. This raised SERIOUS CONCERNS for me about both their pricing and overall service practices.
