"Excellent. All work was done on schedule and of the best finished job. My old windows were single pane with storm windows. The replacement windows are double pane. The new windows keep most of the sound out, I can no longer hear the wind blowing, which surprised me. The new windows are very tight. I can no longer feel drafts through them. Also the new windows, Fibrex, won't have to be painted. I am very satisfied with the service and result."

Our home sits on a cozy street in the "Crest", and is one of the prettiest in the neighborhood. He is such a personable and friendly individual he made us feel very comfortable from beginning to the end. We didn’t hesitate to contact him and will do so with future services. "Because of the current state of our society due to the COVID-19 it was hard for me to imagine that I would receive such GREAT results with social distancing and other measures we must follow to stay healthy. I recently had storm damage on the back of my home that resulted in approximately 20% of the siding being ripped off. The stress of trying to find a reliable contractor to do the repairs is always scary when things are normal, but I must be one of the luckiest people on earth because I reliability in Duane Mainardi. Not only was the work done to absolute perfection, but the precautions to keep everyone safe, the workmanship, the communication, and flexibility was outstanding. Duane was in constant communication with me on problems and adjustments that had to be made during the entire project. We all know that once you start taking apart a 30 year old home, you will find surprises that can be stressful. The beauty of this contractor is that he never painted a grim picture and always provided a solution that was detailed, made sense and offered me the security that any underlying issues would be fixed. His on-site project manager came with skills to address my vision. Dobson took control of the site and brought great ideas based on the current state of my home and his vast experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mid-stream into the project, we decided that a frame around a window was not exactly how we had pictured it. This was after the siding had been completed on that side of the house however, even though there was going to be a fair amount of work to remove the siding and frame the window the way we wanted it, Dobson did not hesitate to accommodate our vision. Each day the work area was cleaned and safe enough to let my dog and family enjoy the front and backyards. The end result of his efforts are nothing less than stellar! Duane Mainardi Builders transformed my home into a structure that you would think was built no more than a year or two ago and is by far now one of the best looking homes in our development. I have had numerous neighbors and even realtors come by, compliment and ask for Duane’s contact information. "Gunner is the "A" team. They promptly responded to my quote request. Conor made a fair, honest, professional low pressure presentation resulting in our instant decision to go with Gunner. The contract phase was easy and Becky was a pleasure to work with in the permitting and certificate of completion process. Anthony and Conor were the project managers and were straight up honest, super responsive, in constant daily communication and treat you like family. The construction team was all business with a smile. We were away during the main phase of the project and Conor provided daily photos and text updates eliminating any concerns we had about being away. The post project review with Conor was easy and the very minor issues were quickly resolved. The Hardie board and gutters look perfect. Recent heavy rains illustrated the gutters were properly installed and worked flawlessly. The four custom windows are delayed for reasons beyond the control of Gunner and I have full confidence they will be perfectly installed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them! "Frank came right out when he said he would. Looked at broken glass and knew right away who made the windows just by looking at them. I thought entire window assembly needed to be replaced but he was able to replace the glass only saving me extra money. Everything went just as he explained it When glass came in he scheduled to come right out and his guy was in and out in under an hour. If your window glass is broken don’t replace the window unit call Frank and replace just the glass only. Looks like it was never done. Excellent job. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed Hope this helps"

"I had Surf and Turf provide me with an estimate to have my skylight replaced. They did a great job measuring the opening and finding the perfect match. There was little to no cleanup to do on the inside as they placed a tarp below the opening. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!"
