"Bill and his team were fast, responsive, and did a great job installing two sump pumps for a large basement. They were also very respectful/careful about moving things around in the work area, and then cleaning up when done."

"Advanced Basement Solutions were very professional, personable and worked quickly. They were reasonably priced after I had multiple astronomical quotes and felt defeated, they reassured me that there are still great companies that won’t rack up the rates. I appreciated the fact that they explained the process and kept me updated with the progress. I would recommend their services to all."

"We have been living a nightmare with our basement they were the 3rd contractor we had come out and look at our basementâ ¦the 1st told us that we needed a French drain coming from outside which would cost over 20,000 them had another come out and tell us they can install a French drain from the inside and connect to our main stackâ ¦THANK GOD my neighbor told us that was illegalâ ¦they ripped up our basement and dug up our concreteâ ¦from the minute Advance Basement Solutions came I felt at ease and we were very skeptical and they fixed what the other contractor did and did a internal sub pump which cost us a 3rd of what others quotedâ ¦I THANK GOD that we found them I would highly recommend"

"Erik and Charles were both great! I had posted in a Facebook group that I was having terrible water problems and I was getting several feet of water in my garage and basement. Erik outreached to me with interest in tackling my project. They came out to the house and they were friendly and professional and gave expert opinions. They quoted me a very fair price well below the larger companies which was a win! They kept open communication with me on the projects and were flexible with scheduling. They installed a large French drain/leach bed system in my backyard to hopefully catch a good amount of the water coming into my home. They also installed a drain on the outside or my garage and on the inside of the grave which leads to a sump pump just incase any more water sneaks in. I m eager to see their hard work in action! They were prompt and eager to take care of my needs. They were easy to deal with and very flexible which I appreciate. Erik and Charles did a stellar job and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for waterproofing services! Thank you guys!"

"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"We hired Rick Page to install grass block pavers on a vehicle easement used by 4 property owners. Rick was easy to work with and a good communicator. The work was done quickly, and the pavers look great!"

"Keith, came out was on time professional and provided a quote. Ordered parts and was back within the week to install. Work was done fast and efficiently."

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.
