"I was very pleased with Ray's plumbing services. He made it hassel free, he was efficient, professional, finished the job promptly. He was not pushy, however he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without* making me feel like an annoyance, as others have made me feel in the past and wanted to rush through and collect money. I Highly recommend Ray's Rescue Plumbing to my loved ones and to anyone looking for a trustworthy company. -Services provided: front of hous, entire faucet valve & pipes equipped/replacement; had unresolvable water leakage. Simply from being an older home the pipes had visible begin showing corrosion from due time"

"I have to give this 3 star rating based on price. 5 stars for customer service, promptness, courtesy and professionalism. The gentleman that provided me with the estimate was top notch. NO pressure, 100% honest and generally very respectful of my interaction. However, the price quoted is, without a doubt, not realistic. I searched online for furnace pricing and a very high quality and highly rated piece of equipment averaged around $2500. But my quote for a new furnace with installation was $7500! This is totally unacceptable! Furnace replacement is not rocket science. As a very handy guy, and one who has, first hand, witnessed an installation, $5000 in labor for a 4 to 5 hour job is just way more than this is worth. $1000 per hour is more than lawyers and doctors charge. And there is no flexibility on this pricing. And I don't feel that the months overhead of this company should be charged on each and every installation. Additionally, I received quotes from 3 other companies and their pricing is almost identical. Price fixing? Taking advantage of consumers? You make the call. BUYER BEWARE!"

"The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. We've used them many times over the last 7 years. Once it was Christmas Eve and the hot water heater was having problems and they came out and repaired it for free. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. The work has been quality, I think in the future with them I will ask them upfront for an assessment and not pay them until they start doing the work."

- I called Ben Franklin Plumbing due to a leaky faucet. They ended up replacing 2 faucets and installing a whole house water filter (Yay!) and a new water heater.
The team at Ben Franklin Plumbing is beyond absolutely Fabulous! They are brilliant in hiring the finest, most skillfull and the best young men as their service men. There's Brian, Matt Hopkins, Eric Tyler, Ariel Gonzalas, Dave Kileen and their dispatchers Raphael & Jessica along with Kim & Fawn.
I am so glad I had a leaking faucet that caused me to call to them. The 1st rep I met was Mathew Harris, who showed no edginess or anxiety to hurry up and get on to the next client. He was totally present with us and our needs. He was willing to educate us & give us options without any pressure. He gave us information then sat back while we took the time to decide what to do. He showed us the extreme corrosion we had been oblivious to in our ancient water heater, which was
evidence to me that an in-home flood was soon to occur unless the water heater was replaced. All he did was show me. When I saw the corrosion & realized a flood was imminent, it was I who initiated the purchase of a new tank.
1. Without fail, every time I called them for service, the rep of the day from Ben Franklin respected my time by coming promptly on the day and at the time of appointment as scheduled.
2. They faithfully carefully covered their shoes to protect my floors while working inside.
3. They faithfully removed their shoe covers when leaving the house to keep them clean for the next time they
came back in.
4. Each visit, they also were faithful in laying a tarp down to protect my floor from dirt & grime.
5. They brought calm, confident, pleasant, professionally friendly energy with them.
6. They were on task the minute they entered the home ready to go to work and get the job done.
7. They pursued the task to the end and the workmanship was impeccable.
8. There was one oversight. When I brought it to their attention there was no defense, denial or delay tactics, only
complete accountability and prompt resolution.
9. The 1st water heater was installed beautifully and worked beautifully? however, it banged/thumped/clanged & thudded arbitrarily at all hours of the night & day.
10. When I called them about it, they cheerfully sent someone outwithin 24 hours.
11. They made a lot of visits to my house because even though they had clues to what the problem was, not one of the visits produced any audible validation that the sound even existed.
12. After a few months of doing every adjustment they could possibly think of, they installed a 2nd water heater.
13. After installation, while Matt was filling out his report? the sound happened! He actually heard it in the 2nd tank of the same brand that he has just installed 10 minutes ago. It was a sound no one had ever heard before! And it happened with both heaters installed in my house!
14. Not once had they indicated that I must be crazy hearing a sound that didn?t seem to exist!
15. Their rep took a new interest now that he actually heard it with the 2nd of the same brand.
16. It felt so good now that one of them had finally heard it!
17. He figured out what triggered the sound & recorded it on his phone & brought it back to his supervisor.
18. Hoping the sound would work itself out of this new one we lived with it for a couple more months to no avail.
19. When I called them with the bad news that the noise was still as loud and obnoxious as ever, without hesitation they made an appointment, switched brands & installed a Rheam the 3rd time! (no extra charges requested for either replacement)
20. During the several months duration of this situation, my perceptions were never dismissed or ignored or brushed aside. I was never told that since they spent time to install it I should be happy with its high performance as a heater and just deal with the noises and that things were fine the way they were.
21. The 3rd one has been the charm! It is quietly doing its job and stand as my in house monument to Ben Franklin?s Plumbing commitment to service and being certain their clients are satisfied.
22. I had the opportunity through experience to talk to the owner & supervisor as well as ½ a dozen reps. Each and every one of them showed nothing but concern for my well-being and making every effort to accommodate my needs.
23. The 5 months it took had nothing to do with neglect. It was the nature of this particular mystery requiring that length of time to figure out.
24. Since they are national, I plan to connect my daughter in WA state with Ben Franklin Plumbing so I can feel secure that she is in good hands when plumbing needs arise in her home!
It is impossible to speak too highly of the Benjamin Franklin Team. My 65 year old heart is full of gratitude for working with people of such high integrity and commitment to professionalism and actually earning the money they are paid and
standing behind their service.
It opens my heart as I remember their warm hearted careful consideration & respect for me and my 73 year old husband in an era of time where kind old trusting people are preyed upon by those who are too busy to care.

"I had a problem at my vacation rental. John contacted me quickly when I posted my problem for quotes online. I had a failing septic. It was no longer draining. John came out and accessed the the situation and based on faulty drawings that I gave him, gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the figure. When he discovered that the drawings were wrong and he only had to dig up 5 feet (not 14) between the septic tank and the seep box he lowered his estimate. You can't ask for more honesty and fairness. He and his worker completed the job in less than 2 days. Hire him!"
