"It went very well. While examining the under sink cabinet, there was a leak in the disposal, Ryan replaced it with a new one. He did a great job by attaching a wood plank under the sink cabinet, it looks good and hardy. Also he found out that there was an additional leak from a pipe in the basement closet. He went and bought all the hardware and did an excellent job in fixing the pipe leak, fixed the drywall, resurfaced and repainted the ceiling of the basement closet and in the process explained everything very well. We are very happy with his services and will definitely hire him for our future home projects."

"I went to their place of business, with pictures of the items to be done.  They gave me a quote and agreed to come out the next day.  He called and came early.  He completed the work (which has held.), but he said it took longer than anticipated and charged us an additional $20.  Two of the unions were behind a tub fixture.  After he left we noticed that he had twisted the fixture and one handle stuck out farther than the other and the tub and shower faucets were slightly crooked.  Now apparently with newer fixtures you can screw the cover at the wall on tightly and it will adjust for the problem, but this was an older fixture and those covers are loose.  We called him back and asked him to fix the problem.  He did tell us to screw it on tightly, but we informed him that was not possible with this fixture.  Then he said he couldn't verify that the fixture wasn't that way when he started so he would not fix it.  I had looked at his reviews on YELP before calling him and gave him benefit of the doubt when he said he would have resolved other customers concerns had he known, but now that seems unlikely.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Working with Rob was great! He came in and did a free estimate. All along the way my husband helped him and worked along side of him. He encouraged us to do as many thing as we could to save money in the long run. My husband did all the things he felt comfortable doing and had time to do. As described in the detail above he helped get the demo started, complete it, framed out the area according to our design request, hung the drywall, sanded all the walls and ceilings, hung new doors and all the trim. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and recommend him for future work and plan to hire him for other projects in our home."
