"Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

"Veglia Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave me an estimate for the labor/work on my bathroom remodel. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

"Mike did two major projects on our home and we will hire him again without hesitation. One of our projects was particularly complex: converting a cinder block and steel structure into a studio an auxiliary space. We had incomplete and impossible architectural plans, but he was able to find workarounds to these shortcomings. He was always available for questions and we enjoyed working with all of his subcontractors. He also did a remodel of our kitchen, including taking down a wall. The result is perfect and he did the work quickly and without any issues. We get so many compliments on both projects. We also love working with Mike."
