My priority is a job well done, if I'm not certain I'm the right guy for the job I'll be honest with you up front. I'm prepared for a broad range of work but I don't claim to be a specialist in any areas. If you're looking to only hire a single contactor instead of a separate carpenter, drywaller, plumber, electrician, etc., I might be the right fit for your job. I'm up for a challenge if you have a creative or custom touch you would like to incorporate into your project, let's brainstorm how you'd like it and if I'm capable of bringing your idea to life. \n \n-Do you own a vacation home/cabin in the area that you would like renovated in the off season? \n-Are you ready to finish your basement into a man cave/playroom/extra bedrooms? \n-Does the wife have a big item on the honey-do list that you would really prefer not to DIY? \n Give me a call or shoot me an email, let's have a chat and I can take a look at it. \n \nThis is a one man operation. My experience starts with 5+ years throughout and after college in a modular home building plant. I used the opportunity to work on almost every crew in the facility, learning many of the skills and techniques required to build a house from start to finish. I worked my way up into the quality control office after learning all I could on the floor. When I moved to a quieter part of the state I started a business doing what I know, and I can do it at a competitively fair price since I'm the only employee. \n \n Are you ready to get your project "Right On The Money"? \n

"I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from Custom Craft Environmental. I wanted to have my bathroom inspected for asbestos as I am doing some remodeling (including ripping out tile). Throughout the process I worked with a gentlemen named Rich. During correspondence prior to the inspection date, Rich was always very responsive and professional. On the inspection date, Rich was on time and, again, professional. While my main concern was tile, a thorough inspection was done of the whole bathroom area (including checking under the carpeted portion of the bathroom space). I was also very impressed by Rich's vast knowledge. As we talked more generally about my living space, I learned that there is a hazardous substance in the type of ceiling I have - something I never would have thought of! I'm not doing any ceiling removal/remodeling, but if I ever do, now I know. And last but not least, the price was right!

"I met with Ariel Zmijewski to get a quote to side my house and garage and to install two new attic windows.  I'm a single woman and homeowner and I have encountered more than my share of contractors who tend to patronize me because I am a woman.  I called in several quotes for the siding job on my home and Ariel was the only one who treated me with genuine respect.  Of course, I wouldn't have hired him just based on that, but GF also offered a competitive price for the job as well as quality materials.   Ariel said it would take about six weeks to get the material and then they would schedule my job and after 5 weeks, Ariel called and said the material was in and would be delivered to my home in two days and they would begin the job the following Monday!  Ariel guesstimated the job would take about two weeks, but it actually wound up taking four weeks - the reason being they encountered a couple issues when siding my house.  I have an older home and it seems like anything I do in renovating my home causes issues - which is why I have learned it is very important to have competent contractors on the job and that is what I had with GF.  Though the job took longer than planned due to these issues, these issues were resolved with fluidity and the end result is amazing!  Neighbors and family have complimented me on the look of my home and also on the fellas doing the job - they were impressed at how detailed they were!  The crew doing my siding and windows were amazing - ask for Mike, Jeremy and Tom and you will NOT be disappointed.  These guys were not only professional in their behavior but real nice down to earth guys!  I had a lot of detail work on my front porch and they took great pains to ensure everything looked nice.  I baked cookies and had chips and water and pop for them one day and gave them money to buy lunch for themselves another day and really wished I could have done more - these guys work great together!   And, Ariel came out to check out the work and monitored the job until it was done.  He always returned my phone calls promptly and never acted like I was bothering him.  I am going to get the remaining windows replaced on my home in the near future and will happily be using Ariel and GF to do the job!

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"We've used Mayotte Investments a few times and will most definitely will be "THE FIRST" company we contact or suggest with remodel or building needs. They do the job right even if the right way is harder, but better results. Honest hard working group."

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
