"Poor communication by Carlos several times with myself and his crew, resulting in no show and delays. Crew showed up without a level and tape measure for a shower door install. Water left running outside, hit wiring and knocked out power to part of the house, discovered after they had left on a Saturday. Gil the tile mason, Lou and Brune the plumbing crew did great work. I would not however hire Carlos (Roberts Home and Yard Improvement) again for the 2 other larger projects planned in the next few months."

When unexpected issues came up that could have increased costs, David was transparent about the options and worked with me to stay within budget. "After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom.
