"I write this review as an 8 year customer, soon to cancel. The service for the first 6 years was only weekly chemicals, with no issues. Once their price for weekly service doubled and included emptying the baskets, then the issues began. Their technicians would constantly not empty the basics, leaving them full of debris. I began sending them photos and security camera video of the technicians walking right by the baskets and not even looking at them. Now the worse part, dealing with the company. I would never receive a call back. The "service" manger Phil would never return a phone call, and it would take an act of congress to get him on the phone. The poor woman that answers the phone, although very nice, has no power to do anything. These issues have gone on for months, leading to finally canceling the service. I'd rather pay slightly more for a company that can fullfill their services. This company and its service has fallen apart. I would not recommend. "

Dillion and Trent had a big job ahead them as I had quite the algae build up in my pool, but these two knew what they were doing and I have to say my pool has never looked better. They've also been very helpful in explaining how the pool pump works, making sure I understood how to maintain in between visits.
