"After considering the daunting task of replacing our leaky and old, super heated dark aluminum windows for over two years, we finally decided to check out Window Works after many other intimidating experiences which frankly confused us. So we put it off for a very long time. There were so many brands and different materials and grades that we were just overwhelmed. We had no idea where to start this process. Trying to compare one brand over another was a nightmare. Do we hire a contractor after the monumental task of researching wood, vinyl, aluminum, on our own, and then the question of who is going to install them etc. The choices are vast and confusing to us novices. <br /> Then we took a trip out to Window Works and the process was finally explained to us, Jim told us about the window brand they sold and explained it all in layman's terms so it seemed very simple and not so intimidating anymore. There were no sales pitches or confusing descriptions of this or that...it was seriously easy for the first time. <br /> From the initial visit to the follow up afterwards and everything in between the company has been fantastic. The installers were polite, friendly, and even though they were here for 4 or 5 days, they explained everything to me after each day as to where they'd be working, and what they'd be doing. They showed up every morning at the same time and stayed until the job was completed, worked hard and were very efficient and methodical. They did what they said they'd do, they charged what they said they'd charge and I felt they were honest and tremendously easy to work with. <br /> The windows exceeded my expectations and I no longer have to leave my house during heatwaves because my house is actually cool for the first time. Unimaginable a month ago. I'm actually looking forward to not freezing to death now during the winter because these windows seem particularly well made and look really good as well. My view of my backyard is fantastic and I even saw a recent photo of my goofy outdated windows in the background and only wish I had discovered Window Works sooner!"

The gal who set up the service was professional and courteous and called me the next day to let me know the crew was running a little late. They did a great job on the windows and worked quickly. "Owner Mike was great from the first phonecall. I chose him based on his 'A' rating and good reviews on Angies List. He came out and did initial measurements, made recommendations and provided estimates for Amerimax and Milgard windows.  I did not obtain any other bids as I felt his was fair based on research done on the internet, and based on an' estimate' given to me by a contractor years back who did other work on the house. <br /> I went with the Amerimax vinyl double paned windows. Mike took care of obtaining the city permit and advised me of the inspection process.The windows and door were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. Work then started within a few days and was completed in three full days by Mike's crew of 3 who were awesome.  They were professional, courteous, on time and were able to work around the excessive amount of furniture and 'stuff' all around the house. They took care to move or asked us to move some fragile keepsakes out of the way.  They also made sure to clean up any dirt and debris throughout the process. <br /> Mike has been in the business many years and is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him.  He and his crew provided experienced, quality, detailed workmanship.  My mother is very happy with her new windows and sliding door.  The house is now warmer, quieter and more secure.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The installation crew was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the windows/doors, and the manner in which the 2-person crew performed the installation. The only detractor in this contract was dealing with the installation crew's supervisor: he made 2 appointments to finish some minor work after the doors/windows and been installed, and failed to show on both times. On the third try, I finally called the owner of the company and received an immediate response. It was unfortunate that getting the details taken care of took 3 tries, since it detracted from an otherwise excellent installation."

"This company is fantastic. Very professional throughout the entire process. They spent a lot time with me showing me the different quality and advantages of various window manufacturers and helped me choose what was right for me. When the guys came to install, they were extremely experienced. They were all employees of the company (not sub-contractors) with over 9-10 years of experience. It took them about a day and a half to install all the windows and doors and everything was done with a lot of care and attention to details. These guys worked really hard and in the end, cleaned up everything. The windows and doors look great. I interviewed and got quotes from over 7 different window companies and these guys were the best balance of price, quality and professionalism."
