"The were fast and even ran a camera through after they finish to double check - I would highly recommend them."

"Was the only company that offered a flat fee of $79 to snake the bathroom drain. Everyone else wanted to send a technician to do an estimate and wouldnâ t quote a price on the phone. Received same-day service that was efficient and professional."

"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"Chris from Acme was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly determined that there was no problem with my septic system’s drainage field, which I was concerned about. I will call them in the future when I need any maintenance for the system."

"Hired them to replace kitchen faucet that was leaking. I attempted myself but space too small for me. Called Benjamin Franklin and they were out that afternoon to finish install. They had to take out drain to get the faucet installed but held at the original price quoted on the initial phone call"

"I owe Ed Rishel a debt of gratitude for all of the time and effort he put into my problem. He was initially called to determine a problem in the lines to my septic and after inspection realized I needed a new tank and that my lines needed to be redone. He was thorough and courteous during the entire process. After the project was completed he took extra time, at no charge, to determine where all of my water lines drained out and made sure everything was in working order. I will use him again should I need any of the services he offers."

".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"Zach with Hoosier Drain Cleaners contacted us quickly and asked for additional information about our issue. He was helpful in explaining what he thought the problem was and then gave options for how he could take care of it. He fixed the issue and stayed to make sure everything was draining well. Cost was very reasonable. Zach was friendly and professional- we would definitely hire him again."
