He went to purchase the part before showing up. On top of that, he told me what washer brands he'd recommend and why. What technician would do that? It would be a plus if he gave me an approximate repair estimate before he arrived. A little sticker shock. But I decided to go with the repair instead of waiting for someone to call me back in the next 3 days and then another week or two for the appointment with other big box stores or the manufacturer.
