"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. They covered majority of the pier sites under their warranty. THERE ARE FEW COMPANIES THAT HAVE THIS HONESTY & INTEGRITEY LIKE ACCULEVEL. Acculevel is one of the best companies I have worked with. "I received quotes from multiple companies and they were all comparable. All other companies spent approx 45 min looking at the house and taking measurements. Ayes spent 4 hours total at my home. Very comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable. My home required 21 Helix Piers which are much preferred to Push Piers. Matt was my contact person, Evan was on site. Just an excellent job all round. Evan team hit a main water pipe which caused a small leak in the basement. Matt drove 90 min to my home at 9pm arriving at 10.30 pm to ensure me they would fix the problem. The local water dept turned off the water, Matt spoke with them and had the bill taken care of. The next morning the pipe was repaired and we were off and running. Matt did not leave my home until after 11pm and a 90 min drive home. That is what I call customer service. Thank you Ayers for an excellent job. My family appreciated all your efforts."

"Catlin construction completed the remodel of my upstairs bathroom in March, 2012 and I was completely satisfied so I asked them to replace the doors, moulding and trim in my home in August, 2012.  I hired Jason and his team again in September 2012 to remodel my downstairs bathroom, laundry room and repair water damaged walls and ceiling in my family room. <br /> I was completely comfortable with Catlin Construction being in my home, Jason, Vince and Dustin were very respectful of my home and took care to cover carpet, minimize dust from traveling throughout my house via tarps, etc.  I was comfortable leaving the workers in my home when I had to step out.  The same three workers competed all of the projects and knowing the quality of the work and their professionalism, it was an easy decision to hire Catlin Construction for subsequent jobs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

We had some tuck pointing done and the basement sills replaced. Once the mortar had dried and you can’t even tell where the new and old come together!
