"I received Corey’s information from my realtor, Jade Wimpey, who knows Corey very well as a friend, but most importantly, a great great inspector. The pricing from Weatherstone was also fair, and even more fair when Corey discovered that the home had a ¾ crawlspace, which was not apparent or listed with this home that had a ¼ basement. He went in (obviously with a charge because who wants to go in a crawlspace?) and saved us some $$ at the end. Through his pictures, explanations, and adventures throughout the home, we were able to use Corey’s findings to ask the seller to fix some major annoyances. "Extreme Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish. I reached out to this company to get a quote for the repair / replacement of my mother roof. Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. This company does not mess around - the day after the shingles were delivered a crew showed up early at the house. Extreme Exteriors got the work completed in about 5 hours keeping the work area clean and they performed a Magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."

"The man that came out was very knowledgeable, polite. Not pushy. He explained the quote and that there is a rebate on savings on electricity. I don't have much to compare the price to. He was stuck somewhere and was a little late. He was finishing his job and if I was the other customer who was completing the job and doing it right, I would appreciate the fact that he didn't leave and say he would come back. He took care of that customer. The owner came out to complete the service."

"I had two repair orders. The technician for the freezer repair came within a few days and was excellent. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."
