"Jimenez Construction did an excellent job on our deck. Because our deck has many hexagonal shapes it was difficult to lay out and cut, requiring careful measuring of angles in order to have joints seamless. They took their time and got the details perfect! We also had a mini split condenser on our deck which required careful suspension in order to build the deck under it. We hired them to replace our existing deck, and in every detail - they replaced it with some idea that was better. Instead of a door to the space under the deck hinging on the top, requiring me to prop it up with a stick to use it, they replaced it with a door hinged to the side. Instead of a narrow steep step, he designed one that is deep, a much safer solution. Every time we had a concern, the Jimenez Construction team was willing to problem solve to make things right. On top of excellent work, the team was courteous and considerate of our needs. I would not hesitate to hire them again! I highly recommend"

"From the moment I contacted Ed I felt as if it would be a good outcome, and I wasn t disappointed. We walked all around the house foundation-repair project and discussed possible fixes. I asked to see pictures of previous jobs, he presented the proposal, I mulled it over, and I received responses to my questions. I made the required deposit, he provided reasonable start and finish dates and kept me updated on the schedule. He rebuilt about 90% of my 100 year-old house foundation/retaining wall, and painted it along with the porch, stairs, window frames, threshold, etc. He placed vinyl railings and covered three columns. Did I mentioned that my house looks amazing? When COVID-19 hit, he kept me abreast of supply deadlines and consulted with me regarding material and proposal changes. He and his team put in a full days work each day unless the weather didn t cooperate. They cleaned up daily and left it looking better than when they started.
