The mess was not minor by any means. My dad had Alzheimers and my my mom was recovering from a major car accident and also has cancer. My parents' home had a flooded and was left by the previous contractors destroyed and down to the studs. Cedarbrook came in and repaired what was broken, replaced what was destroyed, and put my parents' house back together in 5.5 months after a year of nothing being done by the other company.
