"They gave us an estimate of water mitigation for a small clean water leak for 6G but when the bill came it was 13G !! There were several errors in there billing charging for things like PPE that wasn?t used as well as inflating the amount of space of drywall that was removed and charging us for moving appliances when we did that ourselves. I try to get them to correct their bill. They acted like that?s what they negotiated with insurance but yet it was all based on miss information stating the full kitchen when it was just 1/3. We did not have them build back because if they can?t stay within reason if an estimate we can not trust them further!"

"I canâ t say enough good things about All New Again. We had two properties both hit by water damage near the beginning of 2024. All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications. We were presented with clear options, pricing, and the end result was fantastic. Johnny, Ryan, and Noah worked on our remediation. This was handled with care and attention to detail that held on to the value of our house and completely out-classed the thinking of our insurance inspectors, who seemed wholly uninterested in helping. Johnny even walked our insurance adjusters through the property to explain to them what happened. The remediation team produced much of the documentation that we are now relying on in negotiation with our insurance. Orfa and Nora Packed and moved all our stuff out, and then back in at the end. We didnâ t have to unpack or pack any boxes at all! Our stuff just was where it was before, it was like magic. Though All New Again could not be our lawyers or advise us directly, they did educate us so that we were prepared to advocate for ourselves and hire lawyers when that became necessary. "I had a fire in my living room ceiling caused by the wood stove flue and when the Fire Department was done, I had a real mess, a hole in the roof, and a cracked wood stove glass door when the fire department sprayed the hot stove. Hawaiian construction was only contracted to do the living room damage but they went far beyond that, which I am so very thankful for. Before they could really begin, my deck needed to be rebuilt because it had collapsed. So the part needed was rebuilt by Ramon and he built it even better than the previous one. I was impressed by how well it was done. Next, they had to replace the whole floor because it was warped from all that water, then the whole wall behind the wood stove and the whole ceiling. I asked them to sheetrock the ceiling rather than the standard manufactured home ceiling, and they did, which looks much better. After all the repairs, they painted the whole living room, then they painted the next adjoining room and the dining room and into the master bedroom and then the master bathroom. They painted all of those rooms, and ceilings. After carpeting the living room, they also carpeted all of the other rooms they had painted as well! They even repaired a hole in the ceiling of the master bathroom, and in the floor. They really surprised me with a lot of the things they did. Even a new kitchen floor. They even replaced my garbage disposal, a complete surprise to me! The insurance company said they would not replace the wood stove because it was the cause of the fire. Then I was really surprised when I walked in the house and found a new wood stove waiting for me. I don't know how they did it but I was very grateful for that and very shocked they had done it. They did tell me they like to do extra work for veterans, a very humble understatement, and they went far beyond just extra work. In fact, they did so much that I may have left something out. Altogether, they repaired, carpeted, painted, and replaced things in three fourths of the entire house, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, when the job was to be for a single room! I can't imagine they even made much for the job. They did so much extra work they may have even taken a loss for all I know. And I'm even late leaving this review, for which I must deeply apologize to Hawaiin Construction. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs to their home. The work is great and they take care of their clients."
