"As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered."

"We contacted Flood MD after a recent water damage due to an internal pipe bust behind our dishwasher. David, Dennis and Andre came over quickly, assessed the situation and established trust with their understanding of the problem and got to work quickly. Our insurance had denied the claim, so we were on a strict budget and Dennis and Andre did a fantastic job within the constraints that we had. They were punctual, respectful and very efficient. We were amazed with the different techniques they used to dry out the damaged areas with minimal demolition. Their work was simply amazing. They also turned out to do the restore/rebuild work in less than a day, miraculously saving us the pain/cost of reflooring the entire kitchen/living room by reusing a very finite quantity of left over laminate. The work turned out perfect, and it doesn't look like anything happened in our kitchen. Their invoices were very reasonable and we've already picked out other projects around the house they can help with. Our only regret was that we didn't find them earlier. I highly recommend them."
