"Mike, the owner, has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout this process. This project had a lot of moving parts, but throughout it all, Mike was always very helpful in providing the pros and cons of different options, along with always freely sharing his technical expertise, so I always felt that he was listening to what I had to say and helping me make the best decision for my situation and budget. Mike consistently provided me with candid, and realistic, feedback and recommendations, that were super helpful as we put together the design and implementation plan for this work. Initially, the plan was to do the rewiring from the upstairs, which would have required quite a few holes to be drilled in the apartment, which would require additional work and repairs. However, once I approached Mike about making the downstair ceiling accessible, he was able to provide me an updated, and less expensive, quote that was completed with only a single, small, wall cut that was repaired flawlessly. Once the job started, the professionalism, technical expertise and timeliness that Mike had consistently exhibited, continued with the 3-4 person crew that spent a couple weeks at my home. They were always very approachable when I had questions, great listeners when I had issues or concerns, very timely and hardworking, extremely respectful of the tenants space and, every single day, they would leave both the apartment, and the downstairs area, very clean and organized. In summary, my experience with FSE has been nothing short of outstanding for this extensive, complex, and diverse rewiring job. "Eadim provided the estimate and Quincy installed the outlets. They were on time and provided very professional service. On Angi's page for MECO their Accepted Method of Payment stated "Cred Card". After receiving the invoice requesting payment I made several attempts to inform them that I would be using my Credit Card/VISA to pay the balance due, however, an online payment method was not provided. I requested their assistance to facilitate payment, asap. finally I received an email reply stating they weren't set up to take Credit Cards as payment but will accept Zelle, Vennmo, cash or check. That contradicts the Angi's page online for MECO. In future hirings, I'll be super vigilant confirming directly rather relying on posted info online. My rating reflects my disappointment regarding the payment method incident. Ella Ward, Michelle's mom."

"We have been living with a 60amp service and Knob and Tube wiring for 37 years. We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In this case the aphorism “you get what you pay for” is true. Seatown is worth every dollar."
