"They came out on an emergency after a gutter cleaning company broke the nozzle and head off a water line running into the house. Until or unless it was fixed we had to have the water off at the water main coming into the house. They came out at 4p or later on a Friday I think it was and got it solved quickly."

"We were having the problem in only one bathroom so because they couldn't come out until Monday wasn't a big issue. David showed up promptly as promised and surveyed the issue. He felt the problem was not with the bathroom, but rather the drain line to/from the sewer pipe going to the city. He scoped the line to the street & the scope revealed that a recent back up had occurred & in his opinion felt this had been the cause of our problem.
