"Minuteman responded within minutes of my call for an emergency. Our water heater went out in our new home which meant we had no hot water. I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system. Additionally, since there was so much work, he returned on Tuesday to complete the job and cancelled a personal appointment to make it happen. I was very pleased with their wok and value."

"Jeff was excellent and kept me informed all the way through the replacement of our tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional.."

"Even with a discount, the price of buying a new hot water heater and having it installed by this company was WAY more than I had been led to expect by a property manager friend. My old HWH started leaking water into the garage so rapidly that I didn't have the luxury of getting more than 1 pro to come and give me an estimate. I needed work done ASAP to avoid damage, so I needed to hire whoever could come the soonest. I inquired online on Tues. night and someone was here by 11 the next day! (Today) Fortunately, I do recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their technician who came was personable, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'm grateful."

"Green’s was promp, punctual, and professional! Within two days they assessed the problem, procured the part and had it installed in two hours. Dominique was knowledgeable on the phone, and his service team were amazing. The replacement pump surpassed my expectations. They performed all of the prep work and left the area better than it was. I couldn’t tell they were here, except for a wonderfully functioning pump. We had a hard rain two days later, and the pump automatically turned on and evacuated the water seamlessly. No more water intrusion. I would hire this company again without a second thought and strongly recommend them!"

"Working with 3D Solar was a great experience. They were very thorough with every aspect of our instal. Any questions I had along the way were handled immediately and they went over and above to ensure we had a great experience with them. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but it was some of the best personable customer service I’ve ever experienced with a company."

"The technician (also the owner of the company) did the job with spare parts that he had in his truck, also detected a problem with the hose and water valve and replaced it without the need for another visit"

"We have used them before, with replacing a hot water heater. It went well, and he did his job."
